Our hearts grow tender with childhood memories and love of kindred, and we are better throughout the year for having, in spirit, become a child again at Christmas-time.

Hogzilla

Here are a few pics from our hunting trip this past weekend. Roman went hunting at about 9pm and came back a few hours later with the beast on the left. Ross on the other hand went hunting in the daylight and came back with this cute, older little blond, I believe Ross clearly won this competition.

Full Circle

I have come to learn that as unpredicatable as life can be, there always seems to be a balance. Roman's days in the army have now come full circle in a humorous way that can only be divine intervention: what am I talk ing about? Well we found out yesterday that we are having a girl in May!

Halloween

This year was Roman's first year that he was actually able to spend Halloween at home since high school. I wasn't able to get him dressed up, but he did particpate in sitting outside the house and handing out candy. Funny story is, he wasn't exactly prepared for the amount of children who would come trick or treat without being able to say "trick or treat" seeing as how they didn't know English. After trying his best to only give the "good candy" to the kids who could actually asked for it in English he just gave up and gave all the candy to me. Needless to say, we ran our pretty quickly. Here's Ross in his Scooby doo costume, trying his best not to smile :)
